Trendy Tot Designs accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. The process is easy and secure--and you do not need an account with PayPal. E-checks through PayPal will take 7-10 days to clear. Items will not ship until e-checks have cleared.
How long does it take to receive my order? TOP
It takes approximately 4-6 weeks from receipt of your custom bedding orders.
Other orders ship within 1-2 weeks depending on availability.
Our products are custom made-to-order, unless otherwise noted. If you have specific requirements for turnaround, please contact us beforehand and we will work with you directly.

Our products are custom made for you, and as such, cannot be returned (read below for workmanship guarantees).
48-Hour Grace Period
We offer a 48-hour grace period to make changes to or cancel your order on custom-made products. Please contact us directly via email within 48-hours of placing your order, and we will work with you to make any necessary changes. After 48 hours, preparations are made to complete your order, and no returns can be made.
Our Workmanship Guarantee TOP
We are proud of our quality and workmanship. Please inspect your products upon arrival. In the event of error in workmanship or design fabrication, we will work with you directly to resolve quickly the problem at our expense. This includes full roundtrip transit of the product to/from your home.
